| We cover the following areas: - The purpose and vision of the team - Characteristics of successful teams - Overcoming barriers to teamwork - Identifying team strengths and weaknesses - Developing action plans/strategies to meet team goals - Teambuilding activities - Assessing team member perceptions - Identifying individual developmental needs/goals - Developing action plans/strategies to meet individual goals - Following up with surveys and feedback sessions |
